Log Graphing Calculator
Type any function of x to plot it. Try ln(x), log(x) or ln(x)-2.
Reading a log graph
The graph of y = ln(x) passes through (1, 0), rises slowly and has a vertical asymptote at x = 0. Logarithms are only defined for positive x, so the curve is missing to the left of the axis.
How to type functions
Use x as the variable, ^ for powers, and sin, cos, tan, asin, acos, atan, sqrt, abs, exp, ln (natural log), log (base 10), pow, floor, ceil, round, min, max, pi and e. Use brackets for clarity, for example (-x)^2.

Frequently asked questions
Why is there no curve for negative x?
The logarithm of zero or a negative number is undefined in the real numbers.
